Hi,

I’m Christian García—but you can call me Chris. I’m a culinary chef, certified health coach, and advocate of ancestral medicine, dedicated to helping others discover how food and lifestyle can transform health and well-being.

I hold certifications as a Plant-Based Chef, in International Cuisine, as a Health, Gut and Hormone Health Coach, and as a Nutritionist.

​

Through personalized coaching, group programs, and corporate workshops, I help individuals embrace conscious eating and sustainable wellness practices. I also teach vegan, raw vegan, and plant-based cooking through both in-person and online classes, and lead talks on holistic health, sustainable living, and the powerful connection between food and the human body.

My greatest passion is showing that living a healthy, simple, and natural life isn’t just possible—it’s truly life-changing. I feel most inspired when supporting others in improving their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being in practical and meaningful ways.

My Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the connection between food and health. But my journey wasn’t always clear. Like many people, I once felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting information about diets, wellness, and what it really means to live a healthy life. At times, I struggled with my own energy, digestion, and balance—wondering why “healthy” choices didn’t always leave me feeling well.

That search led me deeper into the world of culinary arts, nutrition, and ancestral medicine. I discovered that food is more than fuel—it’s information for the body, a tool for healing, and a way to reconnect with simplicity and nature. When I shifted how I nourished myself, I began to notice powerful changes: clearer energy, a calmer mind, and a sense of alignment in both body and spirit.

This transformation inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others experience the same. I study culinary arts, and I became a certified Plant-Based Chef, and as a Health Coach, with certifications in Gut and Hormone Health. Along the way, I realized my true passion: guiding people to build a relationship with food and lifestyle that feels natural, joyful, and sustainable.

Today, I share this work through personalized coaching, group programs, cooking classes, and workshops—all designed to support conscious eating, balance, and practical habits for everyday life. Whether I’m teaching a vegan recipe, leading a wellness reset, or helping someone finally feel at home in their body, my mission is the same:
